PVD涂层是以PVD法(物理涂层法)在硬质合金母材表面覆膜涂层。一般来说因为比CVD法(化学涂层法)处理温度低、具有涂层引起的劣化层少,抗弯强度又不降低的特征,在铣削、钻孔等加工中可实现长寿命稳定加工。
